Beer Fest 2015
Beer Fest 2015. Friday 20th November – Sunday 22nd November.
Planning is currently underway for our 21st annual beer festival, if last year is anything to go by it will be a fantastic event with a large marquee turned into a real ale lover’s paradise. We are still planning, so the details have yet to be confirmed. We will hopefully have over 80 Real Ales, traditional ciders and Continental beers available all weekend.
All the beers are carefully selected from different microbreweries from across the UK and lagers from across the world.
To make the most of the weekend you can stay with us, accommodation is available at in the pub either bed and breakfast or self-catering. We also provide camping and caravan space in the grounds of the brewery (what better?).
Booking is advisable for both, as space is limited.
As well as the flowing ale we will also have live music every day.
As beer is best accompanied by food we will also be serving traditional pub grub across the weekend.
Minibus schedule
£2.50 per person, per trip. Please pay the driver.
From Pickering
Friday 20th November:
Departing No. 4 Bar, Pickering:
6pm, 7pm, 8pm. Returning after last band.
Saturday 21st November:
Departing No. 4 Bar, Pickering, Calling at The Sun Inn Pickering: 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm, 8.30pm.
Returning to Pickering after last band.
From Kirkbymoorside
Friday 20th November:
Departing Chemist Bus Stop: 7.30pm. Returning after last band.
Saturday 21st November:
Departing Chemist Bus Stop: 7.30pm. Returning to Pickering after last band
There will also be transport running to Pickering from 10am from Cropton for any campers!
Do you have space for caravans at other times of the year if we wished to come for a meal and a drink or just when the festival is on. If so, how much is it to pitch a caravan for the evening ?

We don’t really have facilities for caravans, you are more than welcome to park down the drive (same as the beer festival) or there is a certified location next door that might be worth contacting. Call Bank Top Farm 01751 417509.

we are currently looking at coming up for the beer festival later on this year. when we visited it last November time,on the back of the programme the dates were set for November weekend 20/21/22 2015..can you
confirm if this is correct,also is the camp site available this year..

Im part of a vw camper club and have been to the pub several times now ,as the wife comes from Kirby misperton and was wondering if there would be room on the campsite for about 5 to 10 vans to come over for the beer festival?

would it be possible to persuade the mini bus to drop 12 people off in Thornton le Dale if we offered to pay extra for a bus ticket?
